SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
I ship within the USA only. As a very small business, international shipping has proven too difficult and expensive to navigate, especially with the recent increase of strict shipping & packaging laws being introduced in many countries.
If you choose to use third-party shipment forwarding services to countries outside the USA, I will be unable to provide order replacements or refunds for any reason.
PREPARATION TIMES
Custom made toys takes some time to be made before being shipped.

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
SHIPPING COST
Orders over $50 include free Standard shipping.
Alternative shipping can be purchased; however, this does not speed up preparation time.
ORDER TRACKING
After placing an order, it will take some time to prepare your order (see Preparation Times). After the order is ready to be shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. If your order was placed with an account, you can also find the tracking number in your account page.
