Shipping Destinations:

• We currently ship within the United States only. As a very small business, international shipping has proven too difficult and expensive to navigate. Apologies to anyone this might disappoint!

Preparation times:

• Custom made toys takes some time to be made before being shipped.
• The current processing time can be seen on the announcement bar on the home page.

Shipping times:

• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• USA orders over $50 include free shipping.
• Faster Shipping can be purchased; however, this does not speed up processing and preparation times. 

Order Tracking

• After placing an order, it will take some time to prepare your order (see Preparation Times). After the order is ready to be shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. If your order was placed with an account, you can also find the tracking number in your account page.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and various other payment platforms.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.

• Due to the nature of our product, we can not accept returns for products. 
• All sales are final, so please ensure the size and color of the product you are ordering are as desired. After placing 
• If a product is damaged or faulty* upon delivery - we will gladly send out a replacement. 
• Email vulpinidesign@gmail.com with the subject "Order Replacement" with your order number, description of damage, and image of damage. 
• Replacement will be sent out within 2 weeks once approved.

*Faults include uncured patches, nicks & tears, air bubbles on the surface of the toy, other surface defects, or incorrect color/pattern/size than was specified.
