Refund policy
REPLACEMENTS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We have a 15-day replacement policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must have been defective upon receipt, we do not offer refunds or returns for non-faulty products due to the nature of the product. When you receive your product, please inspect the product for defects (defects include uncured patches, nicks and tears, air bubbles on the surface of the toy, other surface defects, or incorrect color/pattern/size than was specified)
To start a replacement, you can contact us at orders@vulpinidesign.com with the subject “Order Replacement” along with your order number, description of damage, and image of damage. If your return is accepted, your replacement product will be sent out within 2 weeks once accepted.
